ii) Professional areas of specialism:
Cathy’s
main areas of specialism are neurorehabilitation and the use of
counselling approaches with people with communication difficulties
and their families/friends. Cathy worked at the Wolfson Neurorehabilitation
Centre (WNRC) and Atkinson Morley’s Hospital, Wimbledon
from 1995 - 2004. From 1995 – 2003 she managed the SLT department,
after which she took on a consultancy role until she left to take
up freelance work in March 2004.
