Description of supervision approach:

With your professional and personal development at the heart of the process, my aim is to allow you space and time to reflect on your professional life in a supportive, confidential and safe environment. I will support you, in gaining the clarity you need, to further your development as a practitioner and to enable you to think through, and problem solve, areas where you may feel stuck or challenged.

My approach is calm, empathic and positive and I hope to help you reflect and take the steps you need at the right time and in the right space for you.
